About the Presenter
Travis S. Steffens has a BSc and MS in Primatology from the University of Calgary, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto. Travis divides his time between Toronto and Madagascar, where he studies Coquerel’s sifakas. Travis is also the founder of Planet Madagascar, a community conservation, education and development project that aims to conserve Madagascar’s biodiversity while capacitating and improving the lives of people who live there.
